Description

Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own our corporate IT operations and employee technology experience.

You will administer Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Slack; manage devices and SaaS applications; and use AI and automation to streamline IT workflows.

The role works closely with Security, People, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the IDP administration, including SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, groups, policies, and application integrations.

• Administer Google Workspace and Slack, including users, permissions, security settings, and collaboration standards.

• Manage macOS and Windows endpoints through MDM, including enrollment, configuration, patching, software deployment, and compliance.

• Take ownership of employee lifecycle, access provisioning, equipment delivery, and day-to-day IT support.

• Manage SaaS applications, IT assets, licenses, vendors, renewals, and cost optimization.

• Manage the A/V and Video conferencing rooms, equipment and systems.

• Manage the Helpdesk team members

• Build AI-enabled automations and integrations for repetitive IT processes using APIs, scripts, or workflow platforms.

• Manage wired, wireless and virtual networks infrastructure.

• Partner with the CISO on identity, endpoint security, compliance, and incident response.

• Maintain clear documentation, procedures, inventories, and service metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role.

2+ years of management/leadership experience (managing at least 1–2 direct reports).

• Strong hands-on experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Slack- Must

• Strong macOS administration skills and working knowledge of Windows environments.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.

• Experience with AI automation, APIs, scripting, or low-code workflow platforms.

• Good understanding of identity and access management, SaaS administration, endpoint security, and IT service management.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with a proactive and service-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience:

  • Supporting a growing technology company and working with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
  • n8n, or similar tools.
