Description

We're looking for a brilliant, passionate, and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic, cross-title Player Progression team.
Responsibilities
- Own the feature lifecycle from end-to-end.
- Co-lead the squad as a true partner alongside the squad's Team Lead.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, BI/BA, Economy, Monetization, Marketing, etc.) to drive the product vision, execute strategy, and ensure smooth, efficient implementation.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver product roadmaps that align perfectly with our business goals.
- Gather and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRD’s and Jira tasks, prioritize the backlog, and take full ownership of the development process.
- Lead UI/UX processes and create wireframes utilizing modern AI tools.
- Drive feature launches, oversee A/B testing, and manage seamless handovers.
- Maintain a sharp focus on delivering a top-notch user experience.
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to drive product improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience specifically within the gaming industry.
- A deep passion for games and the gaming industry, backed by a strong understanding of gaming trends and player behavior.
- Excellent project management skills—highly organized, self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to evaluate complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- An innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and build creative solutions.
- Great interpersonal skills and a track record of collaborating effectively with diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
