We’re hiring an experienced PA to support and partner closely with our executives, with full ownership of calendars, meeting logistics, and professional tasks, as well as providing leadership on administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for C-level executives, ensuring strategic prioritization and effective time management
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, board meetings, and company offsites
- Act as a key liaison between executives and internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics and detailed itineraries
- Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure executives are well-prepared for all engagements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Proven experience in high-tech companies.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
- Energetic, quick learner with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Warm, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Core competencies: Professionalism, Responsibility, Teamwork, Initiative, and Creativity.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant education – a must.
